Returns:
Unused, non-customized disposable products can be returned within 30 days after delivery, for credit only. Shipping charges may apply. Refer to “Restocking fee” section.
All returns are subject to prior written authorization by PBS and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be sent to the customer for completion to process the return
and receipt of any unused product by PBS. Bioreactor systems sales are final.
Unauthorized and unidentified returns will be rejected with no credit issued to the customer.
Bioreactor System's End of Evaluation / Rental: The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to the return of the evaluated / rented equipment
that is not converted into a purchase.
All equipment and materials being returned must be cleaned and decontaminated before shipped to PBS and follow the pertinent steps of the PBS Return Material
Procedure. PBS will issue an RMA and the "PBS Cleaning and Decontamination Protocol". Both forms must be completed and sent to PBS in advance of the return of
the equipment.
All equipment must be repackaged in its original PBS crates and/or packages unless specified otherwise.
If requested by the customer, PBS can provide the freight contact information to the customer; however, the customer will be responsible for the coordination of the
shipping and to follow the proper packaging protocols. Any damaged or broken parts due to poor packaging or by omitting PBS instructions may be subject to charges.
PBS will evaluate and quote the customer at the current list price.

Restocking Fee:
Authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee/handling charge unless otherwise noted by PBS. This fee will be communicated at the time the return request is made.
PBS minimum restocking fee is 20%. Restocking fees do not apply to rental/evaluation equipment.
Bioreactor systems sales are final.
