Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in quotes. If the freight charges are included due to the customer’s request, such
costs are estimated and subject to change at the time of shipping. Customers are encouraged to provide their freight account to ship the order; otherwise, PBS will 
prepay and add the charge to the final invoice including a 10% administrative fee. Unless otherwise indicated, PBS will insure all shipments, except for shipments using 
the customer’s account.
For non-US orders, shipping terms are Ex Works Camarillo, CA (EXW, the contract is governed by INCOTERMS 2020). Any customs charges (VAT (Value Added Tax), 
Duties) are not included and are always the customer’s responsibility.
Product lead times to be confirmed by PBS Customer Service when the purchase order is received and acknowledged. If any expediting method is required, the customer
must indicate it in the PO or at the time of placing the order.
For bioreactor orders, any provided lead time at the time of PO acknowledgment will be reset if the required deposit is not paid. Refer to “Form and term of payment”
